Printing Technology & Artwork Guidelines
This product utilizes full-color dye sublimation printing technology, which supports the entire color spectrum (millions of colors). No standard yarn color selection is required.
Artwork Guidelines for Best Results:
- Provide high-resolution artwork (300 DPI or higher) in CMYK color mode.
- Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for crisp logos and text.
- For photographic images, provide high-quality JPEG, PSD, or TIFF files.
- Include a 3-5mm bleed area for edge-to-edge prints.
- Designs will be sublimated on the exterior layer only; the interior fleece is standard black or grey.
Imprint/Decoration Color & Information
Primary decoration is achieved through Full-Color Dye Sublimation printing. Additional logo application methods include: Flat Embroidery, 3D Embroidery, PU Leather Patch, Woven Label, Woven Patch, Dye Sublimation Patch, PVC Patch.
Available Imprint Colors for Additional Decoration:
- Standard Embroidery Threads: Over 50 colors available. Common colors (White, Black, Red, Royal Blue, Gold, Silver) have no extra charge.
- Specialty Threads: Metallic or glow-in-the-dark threads may incur a small surcharge.
- Patch Printing: CMYK process printing is standard for dye-sub and PVC patches. PMS color matching is available for an additional setup fee.
Imprint Pricing Notes
- The per-piece additional decoration charge covers one location (e.g., front, back, or side).
- Additional decoration locations are charged at 50% of the primary location fee.
- Complex logos for embroidery may require a digitization/setup fee of $30-50, separate from the decoration setup fee.
- Limitation: Logos that are too small or have overly dense lines may not be suitable for embroidery.
