Printing Process: CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) process printing.
Artwork Requirements: Provide high-resolution artwork (min. 150 DPI at actual print size) in CMYK color mode. RGB files will be converted, which may cause slight color shifts.
Color Matching: For the most accurate results, provide a physical color reference or Pantone (PMS) codes for critical colors. Exact match is not guaranteed due to the CMYK process and fabric dyeing nature of sublimation.
The primary and only decoration method for this product is Full-Color Dye Sublimation Printing.
Capability: Prints photorealistic images, intricate designs, gradients, and any artwork imaginable across the entire front panel of the bag (edge-to-edge).
Durability: The dyes become part of the fabric fibers, making the print extremely durable, wash-fast, and resistant to cracking or fading.
Limitations:
Printing is typically on one side (front) only. The back side is usually a solid color.
The area where the drawstring channel is sewn and the bottom seam may remain unprinted.
Design must be created for the specific bag dimensions (13.5" x 16.5" printable area) and account for the non-woven bottom's positioning.
Very fine, single-pixel lines or extreme neon colors may not reproduce perfectly.
