Artwork Requirements: Provide high-resolution artwork (min. 150 DPI at the large actual print size of 15" x 18") in CMYK color mode. It is critical that the artwork file is designed with the zipper pocket's location and size in mind. A provided template must be used.
Color Matching: For the most accurate results, provide a physical color reference or Pantone (PMS) codes for critical colors, acknowledging the limitations of CMYK-to-fabric dyeing.
The primary and only decoration method for this product is Full-Color Dye Sublimation Printing.Capability: Prints photorealistic images, intricate designs, and gradients across the entire large front panel, seamlessly integrating around the zipper pocket.
Durability: The dyes bond with the fabric fibers, making the print extremely durable, wash-fast, and resistant to wear.
Critical Design Consideration: The zipper pocket is a physical component on the bag's front. Your submitted artwork must be created using the correct template that indicates the "safe zone" and the exact placement and size of the non-printable pocket area. The pocket fabric itself cannot be sublimated.
