Printing Technology & Artwork Guidelines
This product utilizes full-color dye sublimation printing technology, which supports the entire CMYK color spectrum (millions of colors). No standard yarn color selection is required.
Artwork Guidelines for Best Results:
- Provide high-resolution artwork (300 DPI or higher) in CMYK color mode.
- Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for crisp logos and text.
- For photographic images or complex graphics, provide high-quality JPEG, PSD, or TIFF files.
- Include a 3-5mm bleed area for edge-to-edge prints.
- Consider how the design will look in both beanie and neck gaiter configurations when creating artwork.
Imprint/Decoration & Usage Information
The primary and only decoration method for this product is Full-Color Dye Sublimation printing across the entire exterior surface. An optional Woven Label can be added for discrete branding.
Available Options & Notes:
- Dye Sublimation Printing: Provides full-color, edge-to-edge graphics. The design will appear the same in both beanie and neck gaiter modes.
- Woven Label: Typically placed on the inner seam for discreet branding. Standard thread color is black on white tape. Custom label colors may be available; please inquire for a quote.
