- Sampling: Available for $50.00 per style, with a 5-7 working day turnaround after confirming sample details.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered in 5-7 working days via express air freight (included in "Normal Shipping" cost).
- Urgent Shipping: Available for an extra fee, reduces delivery to 2-3 working days.

This modern performance cap is designed as a premier platform for decoration, supporting an unparalleled range of methods: Flat Embroidery, 3D Embroidery, Sublimation Patches, Woven Patches, PU Leather Patches, Screen Printing, Chenille, Silicone, Flocking, PVC, Perforation, and more.
Available Imprint Colors & Notes:
- Embroidery Threads: Full spectrum of standard and specialty (metallic, neon) threads available. Polyester threads are recommended for best compatibility with the performance fabric.
- Sublimation Printing (Direct to Fabric): A key advantage. The polyester-based fabric allows for vibrant, breathable, and permanent full-color graphics through dye sublimation.
- Screen Printing: Plastisol or water-based inks can be used for opaque designs.
- Patch Materials: Various material and color options for patches (woven, dye-sub, PVC, silicone, PU leather).
- Back Closure Color: The plastic snapback strap is available in various colors; please specify your preference.
Imprint Pricing & Production Notes
- Each decoration method has its own per-piece charge and setup fee (see Sections 5 & 7g).
- Multiple decoration locations/methods can be combined on one cap; charges are cumulative.
- Highly complex or multi-color designs for any method may incur additional digitization/setup fees.
- Critical Note: The setup fee for Silicone Patches is $300 (under 300pcs), significantly higher than other methods due to mold creation costs.
- Sublimation Advantage: Due to the cap's polyester content, direct-to-fabric dye sublimation is highly effective, producing vibrant, detailed, and exceptionally durable graphics that become part of the fabric. This is a major benefit for complex, full-color designs.
