Packing and Shipping Information
- Standard Packing: 2 pieces per plastic bag. Master carton: 70x38x40cm, 250 pieces per carton.
- Standard Production Time: 10-30 working days after final artwork confirmation, based on quantity (25-100pcs: 10-15 days; 100-500pcs: 15-20 days; 500+pcs: 20-30 days).
- Sampling: Available for $50.00 per style, with a 5-7 working day turnaround after confirming sample details.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered in 5-7 working days via express air freight (included in "Normal Shipping" cost).
- Urgent Shipping: Available for an extra fee, reduces delivery to 2-3 working days.

Imprint/Decoration Options & Information
This classic cotton cap is designed as a premier platform for decoration, supporting an unparalleled range of methods: Flat Embroidery, 3D Embroidery, Sublimation Patches, Woven Patches, PU Leather Patches, Screen Printing, Chenille, Silicone, Flocking, PVC, Perforation, and more.
Available Imprint Colors & Notes:
- Embroidery Threads: Full spectrum of standard and specialty (metallic, neon) threads available. Cotton or polyester threads work well on this fabric.
- Screen Printing: Plastisol or water-based inks can be used on cotton. Excellent for bold, opaque designs.
- Sublimation Patches/Prints: While sublimation ink bonds with polyester, sublimation patches can be applied to cotton. Direct fabric sublimation is not effective on 100% cotton.
- Patch Materials: Various material and color options for patches (woven, dye-sub, PVC, silicone, PU leather).
- Back Closure Color: The plastic snapback strap is available in various colors; please specify your preference.
Imprint Pricing & Production Notes
- Each decoration method has its own per-piece charge and setup fee (see Sections 5 & 7g).
- Multiple decoration locations/methods can be combined on one cap; charges are cumulative.
- Highly complex or multi-color designs for any method may incur additional digitization/setup fees.
- Critical Note: The setup fee for Silicone Patches is $300 (under 300pcs), significantly higher than other methods due to mold creation costs.
- Fabric Note: As this is 100% cotton, direct dye sublimation printing on the fabric is not recommended. Use sublimation patches or alternative methods like embroidery or screen printing for best results on the cotton base.
