Available Imprint Colors & Notes:
- Embroidery Threads: Full spectrum of standard and specialty (metallic, neon) threads available. Polyester threads are recommended for stretch compatibility.
- Sublimation Printing (Direct to Fabric): Highly effective on the polyester-based Vapor Tech fabric, allowing for vibrant, breathable, and permanent full-color graphics.
- Screen Printing: Plastisol or water-based inks can be used, but consider flexibility for the spandex areas.
- Patch Materials: Various material options. Ensure patches applied to the spandex sections are flexible or placed on structured panels only.
- Placement Consideration: Decoration on the perforated back panels is possible but must be designed to not completely block the ventilation holes.
Imprint Pricing & Production Notes
- Each decoration method has its own per-piece charge and setup fee (see Sections 5 & 7g).
- Multiple decoration locations/methods can be combined; charges are cumulative.
- Highly complex designs may incur additional digitization/setup fees.
- Critical Note: The setup fee for Silicone Patches is $300 (under 300pcs) due to mold creation.
- Stretch Fabric Consideration: Any decoration applied to the spandex portions of the cap must use techniques and materials that can withstand stretching without cracking (e.g., embroidery, flexible silicone). Screen printing may be less durable on stretched areas.
- Perforation Note: The "Perforation" decoration option refers to creating custom perforated patterns in the fabric, different from the standard back panel perforations.
