Available Imprint Colors & Notes:
- Embroidery Threads: Full spectrum of standard and specialty (metallic, neon) threads available.
- Screen Printing & Sublimation: CMYK process for full-color designs. PMS matching available.
- Patch Materials: Various material and color options for patches (woven, dye-sub, PVC, silicone, PU leather).
- Perforation: Creates a ventilated, textured effect in the fabric; ideal for logos or patterns.
Imprint Pricing & Production Notes
- Each decoration method has its own per-piece charge and setup fee (see Sections 5 & 7g).
- Multiple decoration locations/methods can be combined on one cap; charges are cumulative.
- Highly complex or multi-color designs for any method may incur additional digitization/setup fees.
- Critical Note: The setup fee for Silicone Patches is $300 (under 300pcs), significantly higher than other methods due to mold creation costs.
- Setup fees are one-time charges per design/location/method.
- The Perforation option is unique to this style and creates small holes in the fabric for a distinctive look.
