Sublimation Details:
Process: High-temperature dye-sublimation permanently bonds the design into the polyester-based composite fabric and mesh lining, creating a lightweight, breathable, and vibrant print.
Coverage: Complete, edge-to-edge printing across the jacket's exterior, including the hood, sleeves, and pocket, for a fully customized appearance.
Artwork: Requires high-resolution, print-ready artwork (300 DPI minimum) in CMYK format. Vector files (AI, EPS) are recommended for the sharpest logos and text.
Fabric Advantage: The sublimation process works exceptionally well on the synthetic composite fabric, yielding bright, detailed graphics that are resistant to peeling and cracking, even with the garment's functional use.
