Specialty Threads: Metallic or glow-in-the-dark threads may incur a small surcharge.
Patch Printing: CMYK process printing is standard for dye-sub, PVC, and woven patches. PMS color matching may be available for an additional setup fee.
Imprint Pricing & Limitation Notes
The per-piece additional decoration charge covers one location (e.g., front, back, or side).
Additional decoration locations are charged at 50% of the primary location fee.
Complex logos for embroidery may require a separate digitization/setup fee of $30-50.
Limitation: Logos that are too small or have overly dense lines may not be suitable for embroidery and will be advised against during artwork review. The smooth surface of this beanie is particularly well-suited for detailed patches.
