Primary decoration is achieved through additional application methods: Flat Embroidery, 3D Embroidery, Woven Labels/Patches, Dye Sub Patches, Soft PVC Patches, or Embroidery Patches.
Available Imprint Colors for Additional Decoration:
Standard Embroidery Threads: Over 50 colors available. Common colors (White, Black, Red, Royal Blue) have no extra charge.
Specialty Threads: Metallic or glow-in-the-dark threads may incur a small surcharge.
Patch Printing: CMYK process printing is standard for dye-sub, PVC, and woven patches. PMS color matching may be available for an additional setup fee.
Imprint Pricing & Limitation Notes
The per-piece additional decoration charge covers one location (e.g., front, back, or side).
Additional decoration locations are charged at 50% of the primary location fee.
Complex logos for embroidery may require a separate digitization/setup fee of $30-50.
Limitation: Logos that are too small or have overly dense lines may not be suitable for embroidery and will be advised against during artwork review.
