This garment is specifically designed for dye-sublimation printing and is manufactured with a White base fabric to ensure maximum vibrancy and accuracy of printed colors.
Instructions for Color Selection: Provide your artwork in digital format (AI, PDF, PSD, or PNG). All colors in your design will be printed using a CMYK process. For brand consistency, please ensure your artwork colors are set to CMYK mode and provide Pantone (PMS) codes if color matching is critical. Screen colors may vary slightly from the final printed product.
Primary decoration is achieved through Dye Sublimation Printing, which allows for full-color, photo-quality, edge-to-edge designs.
Available Imprint Colors for Decoration:
- Sublimation Printing: Full CMYK color process. No limitations on the number of colors or gradients in your design.
- Specialty Effects: Please inquire about possibilities for specialty sublimation papers or effects.
Imprint Area Information
- Print Area: Full garment – front, back, and sleeves can be printed edge-to-edge.
- "D" Back Option: Selecting this option allows the print to extend onto the upper back area for a more comprehensive design.
Imprint Pricing Notes
- The base product price includes full-color, full-garment sublimation printing.
- The per-piece charge for the "D" Back option covers the additional ink and labor for printing the reverse side.
- There is no setup fee for standard artwork. Highly complex files requiring significant prepress work may incur a small proofing fee.
- Design Tip: For best results, use high-resolution images (300 DPI) and avoid large areas of dark, heavy ink coverage to maintain the fabric's lightweight and breathable feel.
